After a long journey of depression, anxiety, and panic attacks I came out alive (thankfully) and took sometime off to clear my head. I ended up getting trashed at the beach and after taking in some new influences this album is what came to be. The name pretty much says it all. The album is filled with upbeat tunes, to fast songs, to angry and depressing lyrics, and a cover song by Wavves. If you're looking for something happy go look somewhere else but if you're looking to spazz out and jam this is for you! For those who helped during those dark times as well as after, Thank you for keeping me alive.
